I didn’t get much sleep last night, but I was up early anyway—Ottawa this morning for an appointment at the Heart Institute.
They added another blood pressure medication because the numbers still aren’t coming down the way they want. The upside: every other test came back good. The sticking point: they still can’t say what’s driving the hypertension.
So I take the win I’ve got, I take the next step they handed me, and I keep moving.
That’s it for today. Short. Sweet. Godspeed.
